In early trading, the BSE Sensex opened with a gain of 283 points at 79,759, while the Nifty 50 was trading with an increase of 57 points at the 24,271 level. In Tuesday’s trading, the BSE Sensex closed at 79,476.63, up by 694 points or 0.88%. Meanwhile, the Nifty 50 index crossed the 24,200 level, closing at 24,213 with a gain of 218 points or 0.91%. In addition, investors will keep an eye on the September quarter results, which include those of companies like Apollo Hospitals, Delta Corp, Granules India, Jindal Steel and Power, Tata Steel, and others. Along with this, the market may also react to the O2 results released on Tuesday by companies like Titan, GAIL, Oil India, Manappuram Finance, and others. Asian markets are showing a mixed trend today. According to the latest data, China’s main CSI 300 index is up by 0.17%. Due to a positive trend in Asian markets, the Indian stock market saw good gains on Tuesday. Despite an initial decline, both the Sensex and Nifty closed in the green. Buying in the metal, banking and financial sectors supported the market, leading to a strong close for the day. The BSE Sensex opened slightly lower at 78,542.16 points on Tuesday and fell to as low as 78,296.70 points during trading. However, it later recovered and closed with a gain of 694.39 points, or 0.88%. Despite a weak start, the Nifty-50 closed with a gain of 0.87% or 208 points at the level of 24,203.35.
